Hello! Previously I could run my memory at 4200mhz using the XMP profile. After updating the BIOS and drives, it stopped working. Now my RAM runs at 2133mhz, which is quite low. Someone told me 4200mhz is too high and that the best frequency for a Ryzen 3900XT should be 3600mhz. My XMP settings are only 4400 and 4200. How can I manually adjust the RAM speed to 3600mhz? Any expert would appreciate guidance on setting Viper Steel 4400mhz to that frequency.

Check the signal strength and adjust settings accordingly. Set frequency to 2000MHz, memory to 4000MHz using XMP profiles.

I just tested it but it didn't work. I had to reset the CMOS. You can share SS from "DRAM-Calculator-for-Ryzen-1.7.3" or "Thaiphoon" if necessary.
