Hi, I'm having trouble with Ryzen Master. The frequency isn't running at full speed and only activates when CPU usage is high. Power saving features are turned off in BIOS. My system has a Ryzen 3600 with a B450M DS3H motherboard. The best performance I've seen is around 4.4GHz at 1.24V and 4.2GHz at 1.119, but I want the CPU to run at full speed constantly for optimal performance. Anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

i've adjusted the bios settings twice but the ryan master cpu isn't operating at maximum capacity.
