I cleaned the DIMM slots, CPU slot area, and the pins with 91% IPA. Now your PC won’t turn on—what should I do?

It's not about cleanliness. The RAM slots aren't functioning. I might need to purchase new ones or return them for replacement. Thanks for your help. I'm confirming this as the answer.

Let it dry, 91% is effective for cleaning though it dries much slower. At this stage, just leave it there. As for the IPA, you can try soaking it in it and then placing it in the socket and RAM slots. It’s good to know that empty slots might not only be about dirt, thanks for helping me save money—otherwise I’d have bought a board with dead slots and ended up disappointed when spraying it didn’t fix the problem, forcing me to sell a faulty unit.
