It began occurring unexpectedly each time the laptop requested admin access. I noticed it first while trying to open Marvel Rivals. Now it keeps happening, preventing the app from launching. The Unreal Engine crash report window is entirely black. The support team for Marvel Rivals isn’t assisting at all. I’m reaching out for help.

Consider reinstalling the NVIDIA app, as the Marvel rivalry issue persists. Windows is already tried, so try a fresh setup.

I resolved the issue. I executed a command via the CMD, reinstalled NVIDIA and updated the drivers, then restarted the laptop.

Congratulations, nice job solving it! I meant to suggest reinstalling Windows but thought there might be another problem, so I wrote it as a simple reinstall instead. Hope you managed it and selected the right solution afterward.
