Hello, I’m dealing with this strange problem that only appears when playing bf2042 and grey zone warfare. It can happen unexpectedly—either after some time or immediately—causing my monitors to go black as if they were about to shut down. The system lights reset to default, the PC stays on but doesn’t respond, and the only way to turn it off is by cutting power. This also occurs when I press FN+PAUSE. While I can run Metro Exodus with enhanced settings at 3440x1440 for over three hours without issues, other times it behaves badly. Temperatures look normal on both CPU and GPU. I’ve tried several fixes—factory reset, re-seating RAM, re-seating the GPU, unplugging and replugging everything, adjusting power plans—but nothing resolves the problem. Disabling the I-CUE didn’t help either. I’m really confused and unsure what to do next.
