You have just one SSD, similar to Samsung Magician. You plan to remove all existing device drivers and then reinstall them properly.

I see, I misunderstood earlier. The only issues are the operating system and the motherboard. If everything looks the same after reinstalling the OS, the problem is likely the motherboard.

Yes, you can run benchmarks to check SSD performance. Tools like CrystalDiskMark or MemTest86 are similar to MemTest for RAM and can help assess drive health. Since DDU isn't working, try using CrystalDiskMark for SSD testing.

The information comes from CrystalDiskInfo/Mark, but using other programs might lead to issues. The latest version could also introduce manufacturing problems.

I left the icon in the bottom-right corner of the taskbar and everything worked perfectly once more. How can I get rid of that unwanted program?

It seems the bundle software for the motherboard is available in the Remove Software menu. (Control Panel) A third-party uninstaller could help. I’ve tried IObits, but alternatives exist. CCleaner also offers a tool for this task.

Just to note, I'm relieved it turned out to be a software problem. Submitting the motherboard for replacement would be the worst outcome.
