He has an older prebuilt he received, and he asked me to assist with RAM problems and BIOS updates. It’s a Ryazan 5 3600 with an ASRock B450M/AC motherboard. I installed the newest BIOS and set up the instant flash, but now it’s stuck in a boot loop and won’t show anything.

If you've ruled out hardware issues other than the motherboard—like accidentally damaging it by opening the case—this likely means you failed to flash the BIOS correctly. The BIOS chip now contains a corrupted version. To fix it yourself, you'd need to remove the chip and use a BIOS programmer, which requires special equipment and some technical skills. That's why I recommend reaching out to customer service.
Thanks for the suggestion. However, removing the CMOS battery and resting it for a while restored it and it functioned perfectly. I instructed him not to update the BIOS. I’m considering either upgrading his system or connecting him with someone more knowledgeable.
