Need assistance regarding false bans
Good evening, I’m unsure where else to seek help with these issues. We have four accounts—mine and my friends’—permanently banned from CoDBOCW, which led to being labeled as cheaters on Steam, even though we’re not actually doing anything wrong. This was due to the games being installed on a disk using ReFS with Windows 11 24h2, an unofficial setup that isn’t officially supported. The ban clearly references a rule violation, but there’s no mention of this anywhere. Activision’s support also hasn’t helped; they’ve blocked my access to their technical support, and the SUBMIT button is now inactive. I’m asking for help with this matter and would really appreciate it. Even if we don’t get resolved, at least it will highlight Activision’s stance toward regular players and users.
