PC Build:
Ryzen 3 1200
XFX Radeon r7 240
2x4gb Adata ram (set at 2666)
Asrock ab350m pro4 motherboard
How the problem started:
I set the CPU frequency to 4400 mhz with a voltage of 1.38 on accident. The changes were saved and exited to reboot. Now there's no video signal.
I tried resetting the cmos by shorting pins 2-3 (no change)
Reseated the ram and video card multiple times; still no video signal
The weird thing is that my PC beeps 3 times (short) long after turning it on.
The GPU fan spins for a second and then completely stops after startup.
Help me , I'm 15 year old PC building amateur ... xc

Occasionally the BIOS needs time to fix incorrect settings, and even resetting it might take longer than expected... if you didn’t give it at least 5 minutes to reset, consider waiting 10 minutes after removing the motherboard battery according to Option A. If that doesn’t help, proceed with a BIOS recovery as recommended in Option B.

Start with a BIOS reset and, if needed, follow the recovery steps.

Option A) Bios reset:
1. Disconnect AC power or shut down the PSU
2. Remove the battery
3. Shift the BIOS jumper to pins 2 & 3
4. Hold the power button for 60 seconds
5. Wait 10 minutes
6. Reverse steps 1 through 3 and test the computer

Option B) Bios recovery: (Same steps as reset, but skip step 3)
1. Disconnect AC power or shut down the PSU
2. Remove the battery
3. Remove the BIOS jumper
4. Hold the power button for 60 seconds
5. Wait 10 minutes
6. Reverse steps 1 through 3 and test the computer
