I require assistance. Yesterday, I purchased a new IBuyPower GamingPC, model number BB971. I am uncertain if any internal components require connection and have only connected the power supply, keyboard, mouse, and HDMI cables. The graphics card is installed and securely connected. It powers on, but does not connect to my monitor. I suspect incompatibility despite specifications suggesting otherwise.
Navigate to the rear of the PC where the graphics card’s rear port is located and install the HDMI cable, connecting one end to the graphics card and the other to your monitor.
I own a Samsung S27E330 and I previously connected it to my PS4 via HDMI.
Connect the display cable to the GPU (bottom ports, above the PSU). Do not connect it to the motherboard (top ports).
The first gaming PC I’ve ever owned, and previously I’d only used consoles; any prebuilt PCs I've purchased have simply turned on without needing configuration.
The GPU HDMI port, located at the back of the PC near the middle, connects to your graphics card. This connector then links to the monitor. A video at 3 minutes and 32 seconds for your PC covers this topic: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/ibuypower-p...l=nosplash
