Your home Wi-Fi has been declining steadily and recently your phone took 10 minutes to download a 65 MB file. You've already reset the router multiple times using whiteout effect, and you're now using a mesh network with deco M5. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

5Ghz is really bad, and the worst part is I got a low rating when no one was around—our family has five people.

I think we're being charged for 30 Mbps, but I'm not sure because I wasn't the one paying it. It seems to have started acting up about a half year ago. I don't have any records from before.

The page displays 7 Mbps for download and 0.22 for upload. At your distance of about 3.5 meters from the router, behind a wall, the connection might be affected.
