Delay refers to the time gap between your gameplay and when others view it on Twitch. That’s completely typical.

It seems like the issue is related to streaming. You might not be able to adjust the delay time, especially since OBS isn't installed on your laptop. However, you can still chat with viewers. Most streamers include some delay in their broadcasts. If you're familiar with Twitch, most regular users notice a slight lag.

Twitch experiences a noticeable lag. Similar issues exist on other platforms. Cutting down this delay would demand significant bandwidth and powerful equipment. A 10-second delay is much better than the typical 30-second recommendation for streaming.
