I was using cleaner while losing power and now Windows isn’t loading. The loss screen is off, so it just displays blue dots at startup. There are small artifacts in that spot but the system never starts. Did your operating system get damaged?

Great update, I was mistaken earlier. It actually took a bit longer with a few restarts—probably because my installation is getting a little older. Everything is fine now.
