The issue seems to have appeared only recently. Would you like another GPU to test with, just in case? Or check the GPU on a different PC? Perhaps switch to a different power supply unit. Edit: After re-reading, the explanation became clearer. What kind of monitor do you have? Do you connect it via DP or HDMI? Try both if available. Also, after turning the PC on, verify that the OSD menu sets the source to DP or HDMI (disable auto). Ensure secure boot is enabled in BIOS.

Seeking additional standoffs could be needed. For these tests, patience is key—sometimes the system runs Memory Training, which may delay startup for a while. Usually around five minutes on the clock.

He claimed to have added it on top of the motherboard, meaning no shorts are possible. The DDR4 training moves really quickly.

I left it running for 20-30 minutes without any screen. Now the PC starts up normally, but when I power it off it sometimes enters a boot loop or boots without a display. If I completely shut it down, it takes a long time to turn off and restart until it shows up.
