I’m not aware of any single website that covers everything. You can simply search the part name online and use Hackintosh to gather information quickly for individual components. If you’re buying new parts, I suggest checking out well-known hackintosh builds on sites like PCPartPicker because they’ve proven successful.

If you're looking at that list, you don't need to choose a particular RAM module or SSD. The essential parts for Hackintosh aren't the RAM, PSU, case, or storage—just the CPU, GPU, and motherboard. Everything else can be flexible.

Unfortunately, it's generally not possible to be certain without more information. As you mentioned, the only way to confirm compatibility is once Skylake support becomes available.
