From what I understand, the information you have is missing. You haven’t bought a wireless card. The adapter you received isn’t meant for regular M.2 wireless cards. Also, the seller didn’t include the USB cable needed for Bluetooth to function. Worse still, Apple-branded cards are costly. Decide accordingly.
