The connection appears to be functional, displaying an active link. It also retrieves a DHCP IP address.

Visit the store to purchase a modem and router. Xfinity isn't recognized for providing top-quality gear. However, you might reach out to them—they have access to a hidden backdoor into their gateway. They can adjust any settings, which is another reason I don’t want to rent their products.
