Your 144Hz monitor is showing issues at lower refresh rates, causing stuttering and discord problems. It seems your PC might be struggling to maintain performance under those settings.

As part of the troubleshooting, attempt to set the frame rate to 60 FPS and observe if the stuttering and Discord audio problems disappear.

It doesn't look like the bent pins are affecting performance, but I'm not sure what else to try. You shouldn't be facing a CPU bottleneck capped at 60 FPS, especially if it's causing stuttering or problems elsewhere. Someone else might have better suggestions.

Thanks for your assistance. I have some thoughts about swapping the CPU while keeping the GPU, mainly due to the bent pins. I’m considering an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 and a Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite v2 motherboard. I hope this setup works well with the 3-year-old 1060.
