Hi,
I recently purchased a used Asus rx5600xt EVO from Ebay. The seller said it functions properly, but I’m facing issues:
When all display drivers are removed using DDU in Windows Safe Mode and the AMD drivers are freshly installed, the device continues to work and is recognized by Windows in Safe Mode. However, once it’s restarted into regular Windows, it stops displaying anything beyond the BootScreen.
In this condition, Windows still operates but shows no video output. (I was able to log in and shut down the PC with Win+X -> R -> R).
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, as I’m hoping this can be resolved without contacting customer support.

If it functions in Safe Mode, the problem likely lies with the operating system itself.

I also attempted to start a live Linux system from an ISO on a USB drive, but that also failed.

E7B84AMS.120 was created on 09/19/2018
(Might the bios actually be responsible for this problem?)

I'm not sure. However, I'm curious if there might be a clashing BIOS configuration. Also, which output ports are you connecting to—HDMI or DisplayPort?
