I've owned my PC for a while with an i9 13900k and 4090. It kept freezing despite basic checks. I reinstalled Windows, but the new rog Strix motherboard won't connect to the internet. I updated the BIOS via USB, but it still doesn’t work. Tried using an Ethernet cable, but it didn’t help. Everything else seems fine, and the router works. Since Windows needs an internet connection for most tasks, I’m stuck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Did you use Wi-Fi or Ethernet? (Likely no Wi-Fi)
