I'm really struggling. I tried everything possible. I saved 10 years to buy this PC, but after Windows installs, it still doesn't display video. I have to reinstall from scratch repeatedly. This has been happening for months, just randomly. DCOM error 1084 appears. My machine is an AMD 5600 with an RTX 3070. I recently updated the NVIDIA driver, but the PC shuts off when I install it. I went into safe mode, removed the driver, and it turned back on—making me think something about the software is wrong. erro.rar

You're using an SSD, and it's a good idea to install the proper drivers once Windows is set up.

I set up the latest version and made all possible updates, but the system behaves unpredictably after a short setup period. It frequently loses or stops the video driver, restarting repeatedly. On Windows with NVIDIA, the PC shuts down completely, but after a full reinstall from scratch it functions again. It remains stable for about five days before turning off entirely. When I access the side panel, it disappears, but safe mode restores it. I’ve tried reinstalling several times and even replaced the SSD to check if that was the issue.

It seems like you're experiencing a RAM issue. Were you assembling the RAM from a kit? Do you have one, two, three, or four sticks? If it's just two, are they placed in slots 1 and 3 or 2 and 4? Also, what type of motherboard are you using?

Try extracting one RAM stick and observe its performance. Also, run the onboard video without using a GPU. This should help pinpoint the problem.

I own two RAM sticks and placed them according to the manual’s dual channel setup (2 and 4). My motherboard is an ASUS TUF B550 Plus. I can’t take out the video card for testing since my CPU lacks a built-in graphics chip. Last time I installed the NVIDIA driver, the PC shut down; I entered safe mode, removed the driver, and it came back on, which makes me doubt the software’s stability.
