Details : MOBO X670 Aorus Elite AX (Rev 1.0) BIOS f11c CPU AMD Ryzen 7 7700x RAM 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 Corsair 5600MT/s GPU ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12GB GDDR6X OC Edition. Running a fresh Windows 11 Pro install. Experiencing these problems : 1. PC frequently reports driver power state failure during idle or sleep/reboot 2. Windows applications (store, one drive, office) fail to sign in – sign-in page works but doesn’t finish 3. Icue installation fails at 100% and always stops at 98% 4. Gigabyte Control Center won’t load the update page for drivers, just keeps running without results. Reinstalled Windows twice and issues persist. Seeking advice on hardware condition and verification steps.

Check the event viewer for any entries linked to crash times from your initial point. It might be connected but seems improbable. Are you running any cleanup tools on the new installations? If not, consider it irrelevant.

Begin by setting up optimized defaults in BIOS. Run Windows Memory Diagnostic and monitor temperatures and voltages. Use manufacturer tools like CPUID or HWmonitor for detailed hardware checks. Disable any overclocking or undervolting adjustments. Perform stability tests such as Ryzen Master.

Consider refreshing after the fresh install, then manually download drivers from the manufacturer's site for MoBo. Use NVCleanStall to install GPU drivers, selecting the first four options. In expert adjustments, enable "Disable Installer Telemetry and Advertising," turn off "Disable Telemetry," activate "Enable Message Signaled Interrupts," turn off "Disable HD Audio Sleep Timer," rebuild the digital signature, and note that this method works with Easy Anti-Cheat. Also check for BIOS updates.

No cleanup process started. Fresh installation is being done using the bootable USB created from Microsoft tools. I’ll attempt this again. Currently, a new BIOS has been detected for my device, so I’ll proceed with a clean install then.

I've identified the problem. The issue stems from the Corsair Commander Pro. It's not working properly and is leading to the current issues. I removed it from the internal USB port, and everything seems to be functioning correctly now.

That's the strategy. I hope it doesn't require much time.
