Review this great guide on cleaning up: http://www.howtogeek.com/224342/how-to-c...indows-10/. Make sure to back up your data first. Set it to replace your existing partition, avoid formatting the drive. Your current Windows will be saved in a folder named "Windows.OLD". You'll need a Windows 10 setup tool to recognize your previous installation.

Yesterday something similar occurred to me. I was downloading the ISO on my PC when a blue screen appeared. It turned out a device wasn’t installed, so I checked the Device Manager—it helped identify the missing driver. I resolved it by reviewing my devices, reinstalling or updating the necessary drivers, especially for Intel components. I also looked into the Windows update history and found errors with Intel and an Xbox Wireless Adapter. After downloading and installing the correct drivers, the blue screen disappeared.
