A new PC is experiencing problems in two particular games where the system will suddenly crash and restart repeatedly after just a few minutes of operation, often without any BSOD. After being powered on for only a short time, it seems to recover for hours before the issue recurs. Another challenge involves the integrated LAN port on the motherboard (Realtek Gaming Family Controller 2.5gbps), which is not functioning and the Device Manager reports that the Realtek controller doesn't exist. The Ethernet port worked briefly before suddenly failing completely. These problems mainly affect League of Legends and Sims 4, even though no mods or custom content are installed.

PC Specifications:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X
- GPU: PowerColor Fighter AMD Radeon RX 6600
- RAM: Corsair VENGEANCE RGB 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5-6000
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2 (BIOS F33)
- PSU: MSI MAG A750GL 750W
- Storage: Crucial P3 Plus 1TB (Windows 11)
- SSD: Samsung 870 EVO 1TB SATA
- OS: Windows 11 Home
- Case: Lian Li Lancool 205 Mesh
- Cooler: Thermalright Assassin X 120 Refined SE ARGB
- Fans: Included case fans plus three Corsair LL120 ARGB

I've attempted various fixes for the crashing/restarting behavior, though results have been partial. Some steps helped slightly, but the issue remains unresolved. Below are the actions I've tried and marked where they reduced the frequency of problems.

Crash Fix Attempts:
- Performed a clean Windows installation (minor reduction)
- Reinstalled DDU GPU driver in Safe Mode (no internet during update)
- Updated BIOS from F31 to F33
- Reset CMOS settings
- Disabled integrated graphics in BIOS
- Enabled Clean Boot mode
- Disabled AMD EXPO

LAN Realtek Controller Problems:
- Restarted the controller in BIOS
- Installed latest LAN drivers (version 11.21.0903.2024)
- Checked Event Viewer for crash logs
- Reviewed Event Logs for errors
- Updated transport audit settings
- Noted warnings before crashes
- Examined Realtek error codes

Additional Troubleshooting:
- No overheating detected in system logs.
- Benchmarking GPU and CPU showed no thermal spikes prior to crashes.
- Considered hardware failure as a likely cause, but remain open to further testing.

I’m hoping this PC can function smoothly without the stress of unexpected shutdowns. If you need more details, feel free to ask—I’ll gather everything and share it here! Thanks for your help!
