You haven't removed any kext files from the extensions folder, have you? If you did, you'll need to reinstall them. Also, Yosemite seems outdated—consider upgrading soon since it isn't receiving updates anymore.

Navigate to System Report by clicking the Apple logo in the top left and pressing Option. The screen will display details about your device, including hardware information, software version, and system status. It will not play any audio unless you initiate a specific action or use a voice command.

I attempted to remove it manually initially, reinstalled it, executed the uninstall script from the app, restarted the system, and now everything seems to be working as expected.
