I'm planning to move from the console to a PC for sim racing. After researching, I'm sure I can assemble my own system, though I'm new to PC components since I've always used Macs. I want to start with just one monitor but have the flexibility to upgrade to multiple monitors or a wide screen later without needing major changes.

The setup I've gathered so far is from this link: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/b7bMLc

If you find any flags or better options, your feedback would be really helpful.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! If you see any flags or better alternatives, your input would be greatly appreciated. Users are encouraged to format their questions clearly within this thread; for example, "How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice." This adaptation was made because many people are currently seeking upgrade guidance both here and on the CPU forums, and I believe it adds value.

The dual tower CPU cooler won't effectively handle the Patriot RAM because of the large heatsinks. Consider a low-profile RAM option. Pair it with an RX 9070 XT for FSR and install a 120mm rear exhaust fan in the same case. Not relying on the rapid speed of that SSD, yet considering the price gap – it makes sense to take it!

Search for a card that accommodates PCIe 5.0 for that graphics card.

Thank you, though to be honest, I changed it due to the SSD.
