Need assistance!!!!! (CPU)

I have an ASUS TUF FX504 laptop, and I need to lower the CPU voltage so temperatures stay below 90°C. My specs are Intel i5 8300H with GTX 1050, but I can't change the settings directly. Is there a way to unlock it or adjust the BIOS? Please help quickly.

You have the option to adjust the thermal paste, which should help reduce temperatures. As long as it doesn’t cause thermal throttling, you shouldn’t be concerned.

The CPU is hitting 90°C because the cooling system isn’t functioning properly. Laptops usually have enough cooling, but sometimes components overheat. You might not be able to lower the voltage on an H-spec processor (possibly limited to HX), so consider opening the laptop and removing any dust. If possible, replace the thermal paste to improve heat transfer.

It's surprising it's heating up after switching the TP and cleaning it, especially with full fan speed in a freshly cleaned laptop that has new thermal paste—shouldn't it stay cool?
