You’re trying to create a bootable USB for Windows 10 on your new SSD. You can access your files and desktop by connecting the USB drive to your PC and using the built-in tools to format it and install Windows.

Please clarify your situation. You're able to start Windows, yet your additional storage isn't visible, and it's not showing up in the BIOS.
