When the system is cold, disconnect the device from the connection. If you previously set up Windows via a bootable USB drive, take out the USB to access the installation interface.

Do you still have the USB drive with the Windows installer connected? I’d begin fresh from that installation drive, checking for a clean setup. If not, you’ll need a compatible driver for your motherboard to run it from USB... which model are you using?
