I purchased an R9 270 dual X and my screen isn’t displaying. My motherboard is ASROCK AB350M, I’m using a 500W power supply, fans are running. Need assistance!

Additionally, removing the GPU caused the PC to operate for just 10 seconds, with no visual output, no startup noise, and it shut down abruptly like a power cycle.

Here are the details you requested.
Please note the specifications below.
From what you shared, the PSU appears to be a major risk and likely failed after connecting the R9 270.
It seems constructed from minimal components and isn’t capable of delivering 500W.
This highlights why a reliable PSU matters and why quality options aren’t that costly.

You're considering upgrading your setup. A new PSU might be needed if you're planning more intensive tasks. The lack of display output and power cycling could point to other issues. An HPC ATX with 550 Watts could work, but check compatibility with your components.

It seems the PSU is likely damaged and could be the cause of further issues. This problem has persisted for 12 years, so finding a replacement under $25 is tough. If you're looking for a genuine unit, avoid anything below C tier to prevent more damage. Be very cautious when buying from sources like cultists.network. Replacing the PSU would be the best solution, but it's currently causing additional harm. What's the cost of getting a new one?

Up to fifty dollars, since in my country that's a steep cost for PSUs, indeed—even the HPC is thirty dollars

Do you have a website? Since you’re asking, it’s clear you want to ruin your computer.

I replaced my power supply unit, but the issue remains unchanged.
