You're just starting with computers and want to confirm if your thermal pads are still suitable. The size of the pads for your QLeadtek GTX 1060 6GB 41C to 80C should still work as long as your temperatures are normal. No need to replace or reheat the pads unless you notice issues.

Reliability isn't something I'm used to discussing with this model. A weak power supply won't generate extra heat for your PC. If the fan on your power supply is already running and bringing in fresh air, it shouldn't impact case ventilation.
