For use with a 3840x2160 60hz screen. Suitable for my second PC, which I plan to stream from using Steam. Prefer a Nvidia graphics card.

The budget is clear. The RTX 4070 works well for the task. AMD Side, Radeon RX 7800 XT offers similar performance with 16GB of RAM.
