1. Disable any xmp profile
2. Adjust Dram Voltage to 1.35V
3. Change ram frequency to 3600mhz
4. Start the system, execute memtest
If issues arise or instability occurs, reduce the frequency by one step and repeat steps 2-4
Once a stable configuration is achieved, proceed with timing if you're experienced; otherwise, consult the instructions provided
Also note, since you don't have a Ryzen APU, increasing ram frequency won't significantly boost game performance.

The XMP profile 2 failed, but the memtest86 completed with 430 errors after two hours. This indicates a significant issue.
