I understand wanting to boost my core and cache ratio, but I'm still unsure about optimizing everything and wish to maximize my CPU performance. A friend who recently got a less powerful PC with better results managed to achieve higher FPS with their 2080 Super and i7-9700K at 4.8GHz. I'm wondering if the setup might not be optimized for the performance I expect.

It should support a 50x multiplier at 1.350-1.375 Vcore.
