I just assembled the PC and the issue starts when I power it up—it lights up briefly before shutting down. The new power supply works once, but the PSU keeps failing. I've checked all cables and they're correctly placed, yet it still doesn't turn on. I also swapped out the power supply to another model, but the same problem persists. The CPU is a Ryzen 7 2700X, the GPU is GTX1660, and the motherboard is TUF Gaming X570 Plus. The PSU I used was a CoolMaster Gold 800W, but even that doesn't solve the problem.

What time have you been waiting to check if it functions differently? Initially, I assumed the board was dead after a short reboot, but there are other possibilities. Consider stripping it down to just the core components—CPU and one memory stick—to see if it boots. Also, re-seat the CPU and cooler, and check the RAM. If you notice any LED indicators on pin 7, it might need a BIOS update. For detailed steps, refer to the owner’s manual and this update guide.

Sure, I'll rephrase it for you. Let me know if you'd like it adjusted further.
