Hello everyone, I'm looking for a heat detection tool for an older Windows 7 system. The temperature has been high lately, and the ventilation isn't great. I often notice the fans slowing down, so I want to monitor temperatures without constantly checking the BIOS. Would MSI-Afterburner work for this? I recall it had a GPU heat index feature.

You might consider:
HWiNFO - Free System Information, Monitoring and Diagnostics
Comprehensive hardware analysis, monitoring, and reporting at no cost. Detailed hardware data, real-time system tracking, and more.
www.hwinfo.com
A portable version is available for testing in a separate folder. It offers numerous sensor configurations, though choosing the most relevant ones can be time-consuming. Once configured, it performs exceptionally well and is my go-to tool.
