Hey there, I have a quick question. I'm using a home server with Ubuntu 12.04 for personal tasks and want to experiment with 2008 R2. Since I plan to back up the entire disk later, I need a tool that can perform a full boot-sector backup from a USB drive. It should work well on a USB caddy.

I run clonzilla from a USB drive. It creates copies, though I often do image backups instead.
