Do you have the BIOS file updated properly with the BIOS renamer? Which processor is currently installed? Have you attempted the BIOS flashback technique?

I always use the BIOS renamer and I've tested both ways of updating—sticking the in-Bios button and using the holding BIOS flashback—but nothing works right now. I'm moving from a 3700x to a 5700x3D.

Do you have that or another version? The two listings appear identical visually, differing only in the presence or absence of a "II" after the Wi-Fi label on the board. It seems the BIOS files vary between manufacturers, and some models don't clearly indicate revisions.

I only have Wi-Fi, and I reviewed the receipt, sysinfo, and Armoury crate—rev version is X.0x. Could it be that the "legacy" BIOS is causing a problem? I don’t have the UEFI BIOS installed, so I’m running on legacy.

I successfully updated the BIOS, and your friend changed the file name on his computer. I sent you the updated version, and it resolved the issue. Anyone facing problems should try renaming the BIOS on a different machine. Hope this helps!
