NB Max frequency?

So I'm using this setup: Mobo- Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0
CPU: Amd FX8320 OC 4.6
RAM: Kingston HyperX BEAST DDR3 (2x4) 8GB, running at 2133 MHz
GPU: GTX 970 STRIX OC 4GB
HDD: Samsung 840 EVO Basic 120Gb plus Seagate Barracuda 1TB
I'm using an S-Cooler Master GM650, which is 650W and has an 80+ Bronze rating
Cooler: Cooler Master Seidon 120V
My goal is to get the best performance out of this system! Could you help me find the optimal maximum frequency and voltage?
Currently I'm at 2600 MHz but I'd like to push it higher.

My improvements from boosting the NB will likely be dangerous and limited at most. I’d avoid it since the NB relies on passive cooling. If you could use a temp gun now, I think it’s too hot.

My profits from increasing the NB's speed will be uncertain and limited at most. I’d avoid it since the NB relies on passive cooling. If you could use a temperature gun now, I think it’s too hot.
