Hey everyone, I'm facing some problems with my NAS build. I think the issue might be related to the Ethernet connection. It's my first build ever, so I followed Linus' guide and used different parts. I installed TruenAS on an SSD in my laptop because I didn't purchase a GPU. When I boot from that drive, TruenAS appears in the network browser, which means the OS is working there. But when I connect the drive to the NAS, it doesn't show up at all, and the Ethernet port light flashes in one of those no-connection states. How can I fix this? Maybe I need to add a GPU and adjust the BIOS settings for Ethernet connection. Should I update the BIOS or is there another way? Also, is there any chance I could skip buying a GPU?
