connected bt devices to the new motherboard I recently purchased, but nothing appears. This is one of the reasons I opted for a built-in wireless board. All updates have been applied, drivers reinstalled multiple times, BIOS is current, I ran chkdsk and dism to verify the OS, and even tried different antennas—nothing works. The BIOS is set to enable wireless only, not auto. I haven’t reinstalled the wireless card since it’s already on the board, which required me to remove everything. I have a replacement part but don’t want to disassemble unless necessary. I’ve submitted a support ticket, but I’m unsure when a response will come.
