Hello,
I recently assembled a new PC and encountered a recurring problem where the system shuts down unexpectedly when the power button is pressed. After turning it off, the computer starts up normally via Windows but fails to boot through the BIOS screen. Only after completely disconnecting the power supply does it launch properly. I’m seeking advice on possible causes and any solutions that might help.

Additional details:
- The PC operates well otherwise
- Changing Fast Boot settings didn’t resolve the issue
- It boots fine when initiated from Windows, not the power button
- Some LEDs remain illuminated after a forced shutdown (unusual)
- CMOS cleared and BIOS updated to the latest version
Model: GIGABYTE B650 AERO G
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Boot Drive: SAMSUNG 990 PRO SSD NVMe
