I'm having trouble fixing a Lenovo Yoga 500 laptop. When it starts up in Windows, my touchpad stops working and the sound volume stays stuck at max volume on the screen. I've tried reinstalling drivers and resetting Windows again but nothing has helped. Anyone else had this same problem or knows what could be causing it?

Try running the built-in Windows troubleshooters. They might find and fix something. If they don't, try "dism" and "sfc /scannow". Check out these links for help: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-d...s-10-image and https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-use-sfc-...stem-files
