I am experiencing significant lag and freezing issues while streaming on Twitch using OBS Studio. These problems typically begin around the 30-40 minute mark of my streams and do not resolve with bitrate reductions, even when lowered to 300. My system specifications are: GPU: AMD PowerColor Red Devil RX 580 8GBD5; CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600; RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance RGB 16GB 3000mhz; MOBO: MSI Proseries B450M PRO-VDH; PSU: EVGA 750 N1.

Have you attempted using the Radeon Relive software and confirmed whether OBS is causing the issue?

Here’s a guide to streaming bitrate: https://stream.twitch.tv/encoding/. What bitrate did you set to 300? Higher bitrates result in better quality, but keep maximum values between 2500 and 3000.
