Even though they're over five years old, Portal 1 and 2 remain essential. The whole Bioshock saga is amazing too.

A tough decision between Witcher 3 and GTA V was made. Edit: I believe GTA V comes out stronger, considering the extra hours spent playing and the ongoing time investment.
