My laptop runs a Ryzen 5 3500U with 12GB RAM and a 512GB SSD. After reviewing the latest PC health report, everything seems fine, but Windows Update flags it as incompatible.
UEFI settings must be activated, CSM should be turned off, fTPM must be enabled, SecureBoot needs to be on. Refer to your motherboard manual for details on adjusting these options. If the choice isn't available, an UEFI/BIOa update might be necessary.
It merely confirms compatibility, but doesn't verify if the settings were activated as mentioned by @GoodBytes.
