My system isn't starting after changing the PCIe slot and using it for two weeks
After changing my GPU to the first PCIe port, it functioned properly for two weeks but would crash whenever I moved the PC. Now it refuses to boot at all, only turning on briefly and displaying a red light on the motherboard. Eventually, the GPU fans cease working completely. Sometimes it restarts by itself or comes back on when I try to power it off.
Welcome to the forums, newcomer! When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's important to provide detailed information about your system. Please list the specifications clearly, such as:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also, mention the BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
It only powers up and displays a red light on the motherboard.
I checked your board's manual, but there’s no reference to diagnostic LEDs. Could you provide an image of the LED if possible?
I’m not fully aware of all my parts as this is a prebuilt but I’ll try my best to name them
CPU:i3-10150f
CPU cooler: air cooled, looks to have a deep cool sticker on the fan
Motherboard: asrock b560m-c
Ram: 1 8gb stick of Samsung ram and 1 8gb stick o crucial ram both ddr4
Ssd/hdd: 1 WD blue sata SSD 500 gb and 1 WD blue 1 TB HDD
GPU: nvidia GTX 1650
PSU: unsure
Chassis: unsure
OS: windows 10

In the manual it should be under “post status checker” on page 25 for the red LED. If you still want the picture I can send it but there are no labels for each LED
I discovered the meaning of the LEDs, typically they flash for a second before turning off, followed by the VGA and boot indicators.
