I’m experiencing difficulties with my Steam Guard mobile authentication process. It's not functioning correctly. After restoring my iPhone to its original factory state and reinstalling the Steam mobile application, I was presented with an authentication screen instead of my usual verification codes. Furthermore, I’ve lost my recovery code and recently utilized a $20 Steam wallet card on the account, though I’m uncertain about its current location—I believe it was discarded some time ago. Could anyone provide assistance? I’d like to regain access through text messages, but my phone is currently unable to receive any incoming texts at all.
Simply put, they’re the only ones capable of resolving this issue.
