Hi, everything was working fine until we carefully moved the computer from one room to another. Now it just won't turn on. I tried different ports and cables, but nothing helped. Any ideas for my stressed 14 year old? 😬 The system is: AWD-IT Level 3 Ryzen 5 3600 with 6 Core Nvidia GTX 1650 4GB

I guess you might have tried plugging another thing into that same socket to check if it's working right. Are any lights turning on? Do you hear the fans spinning? Since things were moved, something feels off; maybe the cord isn't secure enough, or I need to test those steps first to know what went wrong.

Plus, check that the switch on the back of the power supply is set to ON.

Hello yes we have fixed it now when the computer turns on all the lights and fans work fine. But the computer still can't find a connection, the keyboard isn't turning on either. The PC and mouse use USB connections which is different from what was used with the monitor. Thanks for getting back to us

Have you turned off the system and unplugged everything like a power cord and the speakers? Make sure your graphics card and hard drive are all stuck tight inside their spots. If they aren't, take them out and put them back in firmly. Then plug it all back in and turn it on again.

Do you have pictures showing my setup without that little panel on the side and the back view with everything plugged in? Please upload them to Imgur and share the link.

It could be that a piece got pushed slightly out of its spot. Even if everything looks like it's firmly in, like the RAM sticks are all the way in and your graphics card is too, you should unplug them from their slots and put them back in again to make sure they stay tight. Also, check the drive cables and any other wires connected to the motherboard to be sure none of them were only half-plugged in there so it's not just a loose connection that could cause problems. It might seem like a silly idea but you should plug your display cable all the way into the graphics card and NOT back into the motherboard, because if you do that something is already wrong or maybe you moved things around too much before which caused one of those wires to get loose.
