My profile appears correctly across all platforms, and it consistently displays "fine" regardless of the system.

Star Citizen works well on a 7870. It's unclear why you'd want a separate setup for that title. I haven't played it recently—the controls feel too sensitive, so I prefer using a mouse.

In version 1.2, with roughly five Vanduul, I achieve around 30-45 fps. Base speed is 4790k. Significantly boosted to 290 8 gigs of RAM (details kept secret).

i5 4690k with 4.5ghz graphics card and GTX 970 at around 1400mhz cooler. Nepton 240M master works well for me. I occasionally notice some issues and frame drops, but it’s definitely usable.

Likely a CPU issue. Star Citizen users love extra threads.

Mines such as, "Hold on a second? You have additional threads? Why not simply ignore the CPU and leverage all those stream processors?"

I was planning to assemble a Star Citizen rig using a Xeon or i7 processor, 16GB RAM, and a 980ti/390 system. But with the game's delays and postponements, I’ve decided to give up. I’d probably consider spending more than $700, aiming for around $1,200 if everything gets fully released and optimized. Until then, we can’t be certain about the final cost.
